In the lower reaches of Hell you get to do whatever you replaced God with on earth, over and over again, except there is no pleasure in it.
Here we have an alcoholic, that gets to drink all the time, except the alcohol is more like gasoline, and the demon likes it every time he takes a drink, very painful.
I tried to keep this illustration as PG13. Other things were more painful and gruesome.
